The Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of presenting Local Law #4 of 2007 to repeal Section 125 (Subdivision), Section 130 (Telecommunications), and Section 140 (Zoning) of the Code of the Town of Rochester in their entirety and to create a new Section 125 (Subdivision) and Section 140 (Zoning) of the Code of the Town of Rochester and to repeal the existing Zoning Map of the Town of Rochester and to create a new Zoning Map of the Town of Rochester.
