Fulltime Summer Program
A big possibility for summer 2009
Because of a great need in our community, the Youth Commission is taking a survey of how many parents and caregivers are interested in signing up their children for a fulltime summer recreation session. The cost would be $110 a week and that would include at least two trips a week to various educational, cultural, recreational, and fun places of interest. The program would run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and running from July 6 through August 21 here at the Community Center.
A requirement that six out of the seven weeks must be paid in advance, leaving the seventh week as optional. We will be happy to set up a payment plan for you over the winter and spring months.
The program will be capped at 40 children, so it will be on a “first come first served” basis.
In order to proceed with these plans we need to hear from you as soon as possible. Please call the Youth Department if you are considering enrolling your child or children and/or would like more information. Call 626-2115.
