LEGAL NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board is seeking proposals
for the Real Property Reassessment Project. The Proposal project schedule is available at
the Office of the Town Clerk. Companies desiring to provide services according to these
specifications must deliver 8 sealed copies of their proposals to Carl Chipman
Supervisor, Town of Rochester PO Box 65 Accord, NY 12404. The proposals are to be
received on or before 3/26/2010 at 11am. The Town Board has the right to reject any and
all proposals.
