LEGAL NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has Scheduled a
public hearing on proposed Local Law re: “Mandating the placement of the Town Seal on
all motor vehicles owned by the Town of Rochester” be held on 03/25/2010 at 7pm at the
Town Hall 50 Scenic Rd Accord NY. A copy of the proposed local law is available for
inspection at the Town Clerk’s office. All interested persons will be heard. The Town
Audit Workshop meeting will immediately follow.
