LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester is seeking sealed bids for the Crushing of Town owned gravel. Specifications are available at the office of the Town Clerk, Accord, NY 12404 (845) 626-7384. Bids to be received on or before 2/24/2010 at 11:00am at the Town Clerk's Office, at which time they will be opened. The Town Board has a right to reject any and all bids.
