PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has Scheduled a
public hearing re: Prohibiting the operation of motorized vehicles on the “Rail Trail” to
be held on 01/28/2010 at 7pm at the Town Hall 50 Scenic Rd Accord NY A copy of the
proposed local law is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s office. All interested
persons will be heard. The Town Audit workshop meeting will immediately following.
