NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Planning Board
of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on the 20th
day of May 2008, commencing at 7:00PM, at the Town Hall, at 50 Scenic Road, Accord, NY, on the following matters:
Application by:
· Jerome Ferro, Mt. View Stables, Lot line adjustment on Lot 17, Peninsula Lane, Tax Map # 77.1-4-17
The above noted application and map are open for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office and Planning Board Office, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearings may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
In the event this meeting is canceled, the above noted public hearings will be held at a date to be determined, at the Town Hall, Accord, NY.
