~ NOTICE ~
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 240
of the laws of 2006, the Accord Fire District shall hold a public hearing to
discuss the contents of its proposed budget for 2010. The public hearing
will be conducted at the Accord firehouse located at 22 Main Street, Accord,
New York, at 7:30 p.m. on October 20, 2009. A copy of the proposed
budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of
Rochester and at the office of the Fire District Secretary where it may be
inspected by any interested person. In addition, copies of the proposed
budget for 2010 will be available at the aforesaid public hearing. All
interested persons are invited to attend.
