continuation of a public hearing re: a local law entitled “ Zoning Code” which amends in
its entirety Chapter 140 of the Code of the Town of Rochester entitled “Zoning” on
09/16/09 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Road, Accord, NY. A complete copy of
the proposed local law is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office. All
interested persons will be heard.
