“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester will hold a Public Hearing on the 21st day of July 2009, commencing at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Drive, Accord, NY, on the following Application:
· Vincent Valetutti, Subdivision approval for lot line adjustment, Cedar Drive/ Chris Lane, Tax Map # 68.1-3-32.110, ‘A’ District
The above noted application and map are open for inspection at the offices of the Planning Board and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Should this meeting be cancelled, the public hearing will be held by the Panning Board at a date to be determined.”
