NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester will hold public hearings on the 16th day of September 2008, commencing at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Drive, Accord, NY, on the following Applications:

· Elbert De Jager, Special Use Permit for 2 family dwelling at 11 De Jager Lane, Tax Map # 77.1-2-32.100, R-1 District
· Richard Albert, Special Use Permit for 2 family dwelling at 812 County Route 6, Tax Map #77.2-3-21, R-1 District
The above noted applications and maps are open for inspection at the offices of the Planning Board and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearings may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Should this meeting be cancelled, the public hearings will be held by the Panning Board at a date to be determined.”
