NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on the 10th day of June 2008, commencing at 7:00PM, at the Town Hall, at 50 Scenic Road, Accord, NY, on the following matter:
· Maren Lindstrom & Dennis Lavelle, 473 Upper Cherrytown Road, Area Variance for side yard setback for addition, Tax Map #59.000-2-28.1, ‘A’ District
The above noted application is open for inspection at the offices of the Town Clerk and the Zoning Board of Appeals, Accord, NY.
