NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Planning Board
of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearings at its meeting on the 19th
day of December 2006, commencing at 7:00PM, at the Town Hall, at 50 Scenic Road, Accord, NY, on the following matters:
Applications by:
Kevin Mahoney, subdivision approval for 2 lots in the Queensmont Subdivision at 76 Cedar Drive, Tax Map #68.1-4-5, ‘A’ District
Aquarius Star Corp, c/o Joseph Esposito, Special Use Permit for 3 Unit Residential Building, Lucas Avenue, Part of Tax Map #77.1-2-42.12, R-1 District
James Dennin, subdivision approval for 4 lots, 151 Airport Road, Tax Map #69.3-1-17.1, ‘A’ District
The above noted applications and maps are open for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office and Planning Board Office, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearings may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
In the event this meeting is canceled, the above noted public hearings will be held at a date to be determined, at the Town Hall, Accord, NY.
