Notice of Hearing
“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester will hold public hearings on the 20th day of June 2006, commencing at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Drive, Accord, NY, on the following Applications:
· Dawson Homes, Inc., subdivision to be known as Mount Laurel Estates, 22 lots, Samsonville Road, Tax Map # 60.1-2-2 &3, ‘A’ District
The above noted application and map are open for inspection at the offices of the Planning Board and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Should this meeting be canceled, the public hearing will be held by the Panning Board at a date to be determined.”
