Annual Inclusion of Lands to NYS Certified Agricultural Districts - March 1 - March 30, 2010 Ulster County is accepting requests from landowners to have their predominately viable agricultural lands included within a NYS Certified Agricultural District.
Landowners seeking inclusion must submit:
a copy of that portion of the tax map containing their parcel(s)
a description of the land
