The Ulster County Literacy Association has requested that we post the following notice:
Ulster Literacy Association - whose mission is to provide student-centered, free and confidential one-to-one tutoring of English language reading and writing skills to any person over the age of 16 who requests our services - is holding its fall tutor training classes on the following dates:
September 5,7,12,14,19 and 21 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. or
October 21, 28 and 11/4 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
at their offices in Kingston: 635 Broadway. Materials fee is $20. For information on becoming a certified adult literacy tutor, please call 331-6837.
