The meeting began at 7:00 PM at Town Hall.
Attending: Mike Baden, Jeff Davis, Gerry Fornino, Frank Kortright Jr., David O’Halloran, Diana Puglisi-Cilenti, and Martha Tardibuono

Ex-Officio members: Becky Paddock-Stange, Kristin Marcell, and Brenda Striano

Discussion:
· The committee continued review of the draft Zoning Law
Results as follows:
Zoning Chapter 140
· 140-10A Language changed to say 2-Family dwellings require same acreage as Single Family dwellings
· 140-10E Flag Lots altered to allow 3 lots. Mr. Shepstone to create illustration
· 140-10F Maximum Density section deleted
· 140-12E waterfront yards text changed to match Subdivision language
· 140-13H Wind Turbines Deleted 5 acre requirement and Added setback equal to height
· 140-14 Animal Husbandry section deleted-Will recommend to Town Board to create separate chapter in the Code to address this topic
· 140-15C3 Language added to prohibit invasive species and encourage native plants
· 140-15D5 Language change: Shall to may
· 140-15E “one full year from planting”
· 140-17A2g Added section encouraging pervious surfacing in parking areas
· 140-17F7 Maximum grade changed to 15%
· 140-17G Deleted parts of sections 2 and 3-Chart deleted for driveway spacing and replaced with “as required by State Law”
· 140-17G5 added words “vehicular and pedestrian”
· 140-17G6 deleted section
