Meeting Notes
The meeting began at 7:00 PM at Town Hall.

Chair O’Halloran opened the meeting.
Announcements:
· Chair O’ Halloran reviewed that because of the wake for Tavi Cilenti’s and Diana Puglisi-Cilenti’s mother and the sparse attendance, the meeting might be adjourned early.
· Chair O’ Halloran reiterated that disagreements among the committee will be taken into consideration especially at meetings with few members present.
· Chair O’ Halloran announced that Jeff Davis will act as co-chair for this meeting to help mitigate disagreements.
· The first meeting in January will focus on the areas marked for discussion in Sub-division.
· Toward the meeting’s conclusion, Chair O’ Halloran reviewed the committee’s charge from the Town Board; the consistent process of moving forward with consensus; and the next steps to complete the documents and present them to the Town Board and to the public;
Discussion:
· The committee reviewed ARTICLE IV, Design Standards of the proposed Subdivision Law.
· The committee reviewed 125-11, Glossary of Terms.
· The first meeting in January will focus on the areas marked for discussion in Sub-division.
Results as follows:
· ADJUSTED TRACT ACREAGE (ATA) was removed.
· ALL-WEATHER SURFACED – Text added to last sentence: “based on recognized industry standards.”
· APPLICANT – Text added: “agent.”
· DWELLING – Text added: “bungalow.”
· PRIVATE DRIVE – Text replaced with “See DRIVEWAY.”
· Zoning Law, 140-2, D: “Green Building” phrase is marked for future discussion because of its faddishness.

· 140-9, B: Marked for future discussion.
· 140-10, A: Word removed: “studio.”
· 140-10, A: Text removed: “A two-family dwelling…property.”
· 140-10, A. (5): Text marked to be discussed (and illustrated) at future meeting in tandem with the idea of a cumulative total of three lots instead of two lots.
