Meeting Notes
The meeting began at 7:00 PM at Town Hall.

Chair O’Halloran opened the meeting.
Announcements:
Tom Shepstone provided five recommendations of Subdivision Law Revisions for discussion.
Chair O’ Halloran reiterated that once the task force finishes subdivision, the task force will revisit maps, zoning districts, and subdivision revisions before we move to the next step.
Discussion:
Discussion focused on sub-division revisions of the revised draft from Aug 1, 2007.
Results as follows:
· All clauses and references to the Adjusted Tract Allotment were removed per an agreement during the task force’s first meeting.
· 125-13. D. The requirement for notifying adjoining property owners has been modified to read: ‘Such notice shall be given by the Town at the expense of the applicant by regular mail postmarked at least seven days in advance of such hearing. Such notice shall explain the approval requested and the rights of all landowners to both subdivide land and offer public input on applications.”
· 125-13. H. The time period for submission of final plans has been changed from 6 months to 3 years.
· 125-13. B. (26): Added: A professional engineer’s certification that a given lot is buildable may also be accepted by the Planning Board for these purposes.
· 125-18. C. The time allowed for the Planning Board to determine compliance with lot improvements and natural subdivisions is changed from 31 days to 62 days.
At the next meeting, the task force will discuss revisions regarding subdivision design requirements.
