Meeting Notes
The meeting began at 7:00 PM at Town Hall.

Code Consultant: Tom Shepstone
Task Force Members: Mike Baden, Imre Beke Jr., Jeff Davis, Gerry Fornino, Frank Kortright Jr., David O’Halloran, Diana Puglisi-Cilenti, Robert Rominger, Martha Tardibuono
Ex-Officio members: None
Absent: Alonzo Grace
Chair O’Halloran opened the meeting.
Announcements:
The Supervisor’s office has made a hard wired Internet connection available for use for Tom Shepstone during our meetings
Discussion:
Map discussion began with a brief catching up for the members absent the previous meeting concerning the Route 209 corridor mapping.
Map discussion continued with looking at the AR-3 areas on the draft map.
As the Task Force moved across the map a number of R-5 areas were also reviewed.
This resulted in some parcels being changed to AR-3 from R-5. It was pointed out that the previous Task Force had called the R-5 Zone the RC Zone and it was 3 acres, not 5 acres, lot size.
Out of discussions the need to go back to the Schedule of Uses table periodically became apparent. The Schedule of Uses will be given a review after mapping is completed.
Next meeting topic will be the continuation of zoning map discussion.
