Meeting Notes
The meeting began at 7:00 PM at Town Hall.

Task Force Members: Mike Baden, Imre Beke Jr., Jeff Davis, Gerry Fornino, Alonzo Grace, Frank Kortright Jr., David O’Halloran, Diana Puglisi-Cilenti, Robert Rominger, Martha Tardibuono
Ex-Officio members: Becky Paddock-Stange, Brenda Striano
Chair David O’Halloran shared conversations he had with County Planning Director Dennis Doyle.
The contact list was circulated for each member to confirm the information. Upon successful confirmation this list will be circulated.
Audience member Wayne Kelder was recognized and spoke as to his thoughts on the existing proposed plan (from the previous Code Task Force).
Proposed zoning designations were discussed. A thorough discussion ensued as to the pros and cons of having all zones with the same density. Each member presented their thoughts with the consensus being to create different densities for different zones.
This resulted in the Task Force discussing each of the zones and setting tentative names as well as densities for each. R-2, R-3, R-5, H, I, and B zones were tentatively set as names. The next meeting will continue with a discussion of allowed and special uses for each zone.
