The Board of Ethics reviews potential violations of the Town’s Ethics Law, which was rewritten in 2004.  The Board of Ethics makes non-binding  recommendations related to the potential violations and its meetings are generally closed to the public.  Members are appointed by the Town Board for three-year terms.
