CREATION OF BUILDING & GROUNDS ASSESSMENT TASK FORCE COMMITTEE:
Resolution #64-2008
Be it resolved that the Building and Grounds Assessment Committee be created. This committee is charged with the responsibility of assessing the physical needs for the functioning of Town of Rochester governmental entities so that the public can be best served by those entities. This committee is further charged to review the physical assets owned by the Town Of Rochester in order to provide efficient allocation of Town resources in order to best serve the citizens of the Town Of Rochester. This committee will report its findings and make recommendations to the Town Board. This committee shall consist of 5 members appointed by the Town Board as proscribed by the guidelines for appointments of members to boards and commissions. This committee shall serve as long as deemed necessary by the Town Board. The Town Board may expand this committee
at any time in order to add new members.
